crazy food: avocado pasta


This rich and creamy pasta dish will leave you both satisfied and refreshed! perfect for a summer meal, this pasta can be served both warmed, or chilled. Eat it fast though. an avocado's goodness does not keep well. 

avocado pasta serves 4

1 avocado
4 cloves garlic, minced
noodles of choice cooked, drained
fresh lemon
tomatoes, diced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
parmesan cheese, about 2 tbsp- or to taste

lightly saute garlic in cast iron, just until tender and golden.
mash avocado in bowl, until nice and creamy.
combine all ingredients, and enjoy!

*if serving cold simply chill noodles after cooking. combine with avocado just before serving.
