cilantro lime chicken sliders

bursting with flavor, lighter than your average ground beef burger, moist and delicious, this easy meal is  a no brainer. when bd ate it he said, "dang! i'd pay big money for this." i, in turn, smiled sheepishly breathed a triumphant sigh. we will definitely be having these again.

cilantro lime chicken sliders

3 cloves garlic
quarter of an onion
1 jalapeƱo seeded (leaving about 4 seeds attached)
2 chicken breasts
about 1/8 cup cilantro
juice from 1/2 a lime
dash of soy sauce
1 egg
dash salt
dash pepper
*1/2 cup bread crumbs

*we made our own by toasting GF bread in the oven.

pre heat broiler. add all ingredients to a high powered blender/food processor. mix until all around ground evenly. form into patties. place on oiled cast iron. cook under broiler apx 15 mins, or until meat is cooked through.

serve with avocados, tomatoes, cheese (bacon is also super good on this).

enjoy!
